stay angry

In moments, I wonder for their future.

I cannot shield them from that future.
I cannot keep them safe from harm.
I cannot know what choices they will make.

I can be angry at the world as it is.
I can vote for, fight for, and build for a better, kinder world.
I can believe in them.  

I will.
